Severus Snape FeaturesI’d like to thank all the Snape and Harry Potter artists whose the dedication, vision and talent have inspired me for years: ~Snapesforte, ~MARiKaArt, ~TomScribble, =Lily-Hbp, ~perselus, *inkvine, ~firefly-wp , ~katigerclaw, ~Patilda and many others. I unfortunately could not feature them all here ... I would like to have included ~hueco-mundo, ~gerre, ~carthasis, !obfuscatesart, ~wandarer3, ~kissyushka, ~play-it-snufkin, *protowilson, ~ildi, ~chicxulub, *laerry, ~liquidscissors, ~lizard-spots and many different dedicated fans and artists...
Naturally, only a few Snape and HP fanartists have been DD'd, while so many others remain without much exposure. This is why I'm sorry not to have found the time a week ago, when there were more HP fans online, but better late than never... And it’s Potter Day on Sunday...

Rowling's WordsHas the world of fantasy ever produced a character more provocatively mysterious – more dramatic in appearance – more morally ambiguous – more downright compulsive – than Severus Snape? Well, maybe, but it's easy to forget every other character when you're basking in the full glare of his sarcastic sense of humour, his dark, dramatic appearance, and his hard-line approach to classroom discipline.
That's how we came to launch the #Spinners--End group. We'd had so much fun reading about this complex, contradictory character that we wanted to share all the images that J.K. Rowling’s well-chosen words had created in our minds. We wanted to help fill in all the blanks she’d left about his background and his motivation. And we knew from experience – because we were die-hard lovers of fan-art and fan-fiction already – that these arts (and, yes, we do think of them as "arts") could create a lively dialogue with the universe of J.K. Rowling

Doesn't look like I'm alive, but I am. Not a joke.

With 10,173 deviations to see and 2,542 messages to read in my inbox. Ouch.

Also, I am going to be at Misti-Con in May in Laconia, New Hampshire. I booked the room but nothing else is ready, apart from my Slytherin cloak.

!!! ...I stored a good part of my deviations (more than a half, actually... About one hundred other Snapes *coughes*) and I apologize here. I am grateful for all the faves. Give me some time to deal with my negative feelings and I'll unstore more of them.
