(...) 'And the fun doesn't stop here! I'm sure my colleagues will want to enter into the spirit of the occasion! Why not ask Professor Snape to show you how to whip up a Love Potion! And while you're at it, Professor Flitwick knows more about Entrancing Enchantments than any wizard I've ever met, the sly old dog!'
Professor Flitwick buried his face in his hands. Snape was looking as though the first person to ask him for a Love Potion would be force-fed poison.
McGonagall's expression is priceless in this! Loved this part in the book. As awful of a teacher Lockhart was, he definitely created some humorous situations.
LOL... how close to the mark am I with their thoughts? : Snape: say. one. more. word... *counts to ten* Flitwick: I'm not here, I'm not here... McGonagall: Just when I thought I've seen it all... Dumbledore: *chuckles, observing everyone's expressions with amusement* Great job!
Hee--I know what Snape is thinking! Poor Flitwick! Love McGonagall's arch expression and Dumbledore's firm grip on the box of sweets! Great painting of a very funny scene!
